Madlanga Commission set to rule on Mogotsi’s medical certificate

The Madlanga Commission is set to resume its hearings, on Wednesday, 4 March 2026, at 9:30 am with a ruling on North West Businessman, Brown Mogotsi’s medical certificate.

This after Mogotsi was a no-show before the probe on Monday, and he was given until the end of the day to produce a medical certificate amid the risk of being held in contempt.

Shibiri is accused of alleged interference in the probes into alleged cartel members as well as allegedly receiving money from Vusimuzi “Cat” Matlala.
