The Madlanga Commission of Inquiry has granted Northwest Businessman, Suliman Carrim a postponement to the 9th and 10th of March.
His lawyers earlier sought a postponement of his appearance scheduled for Friday.
Carrim’s lawyers say they haven’t had enough time to properly review the evidence and prepare his witness statement.
Carrim has been implicated by several witnesses about his relationship with attempted murder accused Vusimuzi “Cat” Matlala. The commission’s chairperson, Justice Mbuyiseli Madlanga handed down the order.
