Dean Macpherson, Minister of Public Works and Infrastructure.
Public Works and Infrastructure Minister Dean Macpherson says he has authorised court proceedings against three former MK Party Members of Parliament, for unlawfully occupying Parliamentary village properties in Cape Town.
The minister says the three were removed from Parliament in August 2024.
Macpherson also wants the court to order them to pay for litigation costs. He says no individual is above the law when it comes to unlawfully occupying state property.
