The Lions have claimed their first United Rugby Championship win of the season at the fourth time of asking with a 29-18 bonus point win over Welsh side, the Scarlets at Ellis Park in Johannesburg.
It was round four of the URC and after three weeks in Europe, the Lions were finally home and able to claim their first win.
The Lions scored four tries through Quan Horn, Franco Marais and a brace from Morne Brandon.
The Scarlets scored a penalty try and a try, but they remain winless after three matches.
At half-time the Lions led 5-3.
