The trial of six men accused of the murder of 18 people at Ngobozana Village in Lusikisiki last year has been adjourned to tomorrow.
The trial is being held at the Mthatha High Court special sitting at the Lusikisiki Magistrate’s Court in the Eastern Cape.
The court has heard how two AK-47 assault rifles were linked to the Ngobozana massacre as well as to the murder of the KwaBhaca politician Mncedisi Gijana.
Gijana was killed prior to the mass murder.
Ballisitc analyst from the Provincial Forensic Science Lab, Mandisi Mgwadleka says he was asked by investigating officers to compare evidence collected at KwaBhaca with that found in
Lusikisiki.
