A South African National Defence Force soldier
A South African National Defence Force (SANDF) member has been shot and killed at Kurhula section at Lulekani township outside Phalaborwa in Limpopo.
Police spokesperson Malesela Ledwaba says the soldier, whose identity has not been divulged, was shot several times while going to work at 7-SAI battalion in Phalaborwa in the morning.
The motive for the killing is unknown and the deceased’s cellphone was not taken.
Investigations are continuing.
