A member of the African National Congress Youth League’s provincial executive committee (PEC) in Limpopo has been shot and killed.
He was travelling to Kimberley in the Northern Cape for the league’s meeting to prepare for the National General Council (NGC) meeting when the incident happened on Tuesday morning.
A Youth League PEC member who was in the same car as the deceased says the attack occurred on the Klerksdorp Road in North West.
The NGC meeting will start on Wednesday and end on Friday.
