Deputy Judge President Aubrey Ledwaba
Deputy Judge President Judge Aubrey Ledwaba has been shortlisted to be interviewed for the Gauteng High Court Judge President position in April.
The Judicial Service Commission (JSC) is set to fill vacancies across various superior courts.
Ledwaba was implicated during testimony by Witness A and B at the Madlanga Commission last year.
They questioned his conduct in the initial bail application of alleged cartel member, Katiso “KT” Molefe.
The top Judge denied receiving any money to grant Molefe bail.
Law bodies and any person who wishes to comment on shortlisted candidates should address the JSC Secretariat by no later than 12 March 2026.
