Lanseria loses 20% flights amid FlySafair disruptions

The Chief Executive Officer of Lanseria International Airport, Rampa Rammopo, states that over 20% of their commercial passenger services are currently not operating, which will impact their bottom line, as FlySafair is the only airline operator at Lanseria.
This, as FlySafair’s pilot strike enters a second day with more flight cancellations.
On Monday, the airline company cancelled 26 flights due to the strike action by pilots over wage disputes.

The pilots reject the airline’s 5,7% wage increase offer, sticking to their demand of a 10,5% hike.
