Nasreddine Nabi celebrates Chiefs’ Nedbank Cup win
Kaizer Chiefs have terminated the contract of head coach, Nasreddine Nabi.
The Tunisian has left the club and will therefore not be in charge of the team for Saturday’s CAF Confederation Cup match against Kabuscorp in Luanda, Angola.
His departure is not linked to Tuesday’s loss to Sekhukhune United at the FNB Stadium or his wife’s condition following her recent car crash in Tunis.
It’s believed his immediate departure is due to his coaching qualifications which have expired.
Chiefs says they will issue a statement regarding Nabi’s departure in due course.
