The trial of alleged underworld crime boss, Jerome Booysen, is expected to continue in the Western Cape High Court on Monday.
On Wednesday last week, the state requested a postponement after Booysen fell ill.
The cross-examination of the state witness, known as Mr X was underway, with the defence challenging his credibility relating to the murder of steroid smuggler, Brian Wainstein.
Wainstein was shot and killed in his Constantia home next to his wife and child in August 2017.
