Over 300 DA delegates attended the conference, and nominated provincial leadership in preparation for the 2026 congress. Fritz believes the party is capable of positioning itself to do exceptionally well in next year’s local government elections.
“As usual, we don’t make big promises to our people. What we can promise is that we will serve them and there will be equal rights. No cadre deployment, we will do what we did in the past which is to go out there and persuade our people to vote for the party that can bring change.”
