The investigating officer in the murder trial of social media personality, Livhuwani Madadzhe, will continue to testify today at the Thohoyadandou High Court, sitting in the Waterval Magistrate’s court outside Louis Trichardt in Limpopo.
Sergeant Hulisani Nemulalate has been testifying since Tuesday.
Madadzhe is accused of killing his partner, Lindelani Nengovhela, two years ago.
Nemulalate, who visited the crime will take the stand for the third day.
He is testifying on the state of Nengovhela’s body and the crime scene.
Yesterday, Judge Thogomelani Tshidada ordered that Nemulalate be recalled due to contradictions in his testimony and the photo album.
The court also provisionally withdrawn as evidence the post-mortem report and the J88 document which details information about a person suspected to have been involved in a crime.
