Madlanga Commission of Inquiry
The ongoing Judicial Commission of Inquiry into Criminality, Political Interference and Corruption in the Criminal Justice System (Madlanga Commission) began its work on Wednesday, 17 September 2025. The Commission’s hearings are taking place in the main auditorium of the Brigitte Mabandla Justice College in Central Pretoria.
The inquiry is headed by retired Constitutional Court Judge, Mbuyiseli Madlanga.
