Patriotic Alliance leader Gayton McKenzie.
Patriotic Alliance leader Gayton McKenzie says he has lodged a complaint with Parliament’s Joint Committee on Ethics and Members’ Interests against ActionSA MP, Dereleen James.
Among other things, McKenzie accuses James of breaching certain provisions of the Code of Ethical Conduct.
He says this includes the provisions requiring MPs to act in accordance with the public trust.

Meanwhile, James has also laid criminal charges against McKenzie at the Cape Town Police Station today, accusing him of intimidation.
