Gauteng Police hunt killer of IFP MP Sithole, offer R60 000 bounty

Gauteng police are offering a R60 000 reward for information that could lead to the arrest of a suspect wanted in the murder of IFP member of Parliament Khethamabala Sithole.

He was gunned down at a meeting in Katlehong in eastern Johannesburg last month.

Two people initially arrested for the murder are expected to make their second appearance in the Palm Ridge Magistrate’s Court today.

 IFP commends swift police action in arrest of Sithole’s alleged killers

The suspect Zamani Ngila Ximba’s photo has been circulated by police on social media.

He is tall, dark in complexion and deemed armed and very dangerous.

Ximba is also wanted for the attempted murder of two other people at Buyafuthi Hostel in Katlehong, where Sithole was shot dead last month.
