A fourth suspect in the killing of 22-year old e-hailing driver Issac Satlat is expected to make his first appearance in the Pretoria Magistrate’s Court Tuesday.
He handed himself over to the police on Monday in Atteridgeville, Pretoria.
Satlat was killed after responding to a trip request. His body and hijacked vehicle were later found abandoned in Atteridgeville.
His killing caused outrage after a video circulated on social media of him being murdered.
On Monday, three accused – Dikeledi Mphahlele, Goitsione Machidi, and Maclaren Mushwana – briefly appeared in the Pretoria Magistrates Court facing charges of premeditated murder and robbery with aggravating circumstances.
The trio abandoned their bail application and will return to court next week.
