Four arrested after Saulsville spaza shop shooting

Four foreign nationals have been arrested following a shooting incident that left a man wounded in Saulsville, Pretoria.

Eyewitnesses say the shooting occurred inside a local spaza shop owned by Somali nationals.

Gauteng police spokesperson Dimakatso Nevhuhulwi says the wounded person is receiving medical attention at a nearby hospital.

“The victim was shot in the right hand and right upper leg and was taken to a local hospital. All four men found inside the shop were arrested and are expected to appear before court soon on charges of attempted. Police investigations continue.”
