A fourth accused will appear alongside SAFA President Danny Jordaan, CFO Gronie Hluyo and businessman Trevor Neethling when their fraud case resumes in the Specialised Commercial Crimes Court later this month on the 21st of November 2025.
Former SAFA Acting CEO Russel Paul was arrested and later released on Wednesday on bail after appearing on charges of fraud and conspiracy to commit fraud.

The charges relate toR1.3 millions of SAFA funds used for Jordaan’s personal benefit.
The money was allegedly used for personal protection and image management following rape allegations against Jordaan.
Paul indicated that he would not plead guilty.
The former acting CEO of SAFA has been added as an accused in the theft and fraud case against #DannyJordaan and others.
