The VW Polo three constables were travelling in being pulled out of the Hennops River.
Eight months after the death of the three police constables, their families are still waiting for a report on what exactly happened. The trio were on their way to Limpopo from their homes in Bloemfontein for a work assignment when they went missing.
Constables Cebekhulu Linda, Boipelo Senoge and Keamogetswe Buys went missing in April and their bodies were retrieved in the Hennops river about six days later in May this year.
In September, the police said that they were ready to hand over a report to the families however that never happened. Jane Senoge, the mother constable Boipelo Senoge says the families are still puzzled and want answers.
“I feel sad and disappointed because I was hoping by now we would have gotten those reports. We would have gotten closure on what really happened but up to so far we are still in the dark not knowing what happened to our children.”
