DJ Warras’s aide “Innocent” urged to help with murder case

Johannesburg MMC for Public Safety, Mgcini Tshwaku, has called on DJ Warras’s right-hand man by the name of “Innocent” to come forth and assist police with information in the murder case.

The man was not with DJ Warras, whose name is Warrick Stock, when he was ambushed by three unknown suspects who shot him dead in the Johannesburg CBD on Tuesday.

DJ Warras had received several threats from five suspects believed to be committee members of a hijacked building.

The motive for his murder is under investigation.

Tshwaku believes Innocent will add value in the murder investigations.

“The lawyers of the building in Zambezi contacted me and wanted to clear the air in terms of what happened, why Warras was actually there. So funny enough, the lawyer says that there’s his right-hand man that is always with him every single time. The guy is called Innocent.”

Tshwaku adds: “So, if Innocent is here, he’s listening to me, I’m looking for him to really understand what really actually happened at that point in time. So yesterday, funny enough, he was not with him.”
