DJ Warras murder suspects return to court

The case of two men allegedly involved in the assassination of Warrick ‘DJ Warras’ Stock will resume in the Johannesburg Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday morning.

Armindo Joaquim Pacula, the alleged shooter, and Victor Majola, the alleged orchestrator, made their first appearance together in February following their arrest in connection with the December murder.

They are facing charges including murder and conspiracy to commit murder.

During their last appearance, the matter was postponed for further investigations as the prosecution indicated that video footage and cellphone communication were still being analysed, as well as the ballistics report.

Majola was earlier denied bail.

Police also claimed to have found details of Warras’s car and those of his partner on Majola’s cellphone and pictures of the deceased.

Meanwhile, during Pacula’s arrest, police are believed to have found chopped off dreadlocks and the bag alleged to have concealed the gun on the day of the murder.
