Accused Victor Majola in court
The lawyer of the man accused of the murder of Warrick “DJ Warras” Stock is adamant that the state arrested the wrong person.
44-year-old Victor Majola appeared before the Johannesburg Magistrate’s Court for a bail application.
The accused is facing charges of premeditated murder and conspiracy to commit a crime of the popular media personality, who was shot and killed outside Johannesburg building on the 16th of December 2025.

At the time of his assassination, his security company had been contracted to enforce security at the building.
Majola’s attorney Dumisani Mabunda says the accused was in Soweto at the time of the crime and has an alibi to confirm his whereabouts.
Majola says that his constitutional rights were not read or explained to him during his arrest.
He adds that he is confident that the state will find nothing linking him to this crime.
