Cookhouse Police in the Eastern Cape are asking the public for any information that can lead to the re-arrest of two suspects who escaped from police custody.
The escapees are facing serious charges, including one of robbery.
Warrant officer Majola Nkohli says the men are still at large, and the police have opened a case of escaping from lawful custody.
“Police have launched a manhunt for two detainees following their escape from lawful custody at the Guguwo police station on Thursday evening. The two escapees are Acha Kole Boy, a 23-year-old, and Patrick Ndokweni, a 34-year-old.”
