Condolences continue to pour in for the late musician, Yolanda ‘Yullander’ Nyembezi. The 30-year-old songstress passed away this week at Charlotte Maxeke Hospital in the Gauteng province after a short illness.

Nyembezi collaborated with a number of artists, including veteran Oscar “Oskido” Mdlongwa and the hit song Ntwana Yam.

She was born and bred in Bizana in the Eastern Cape.

One of the promoters she used to work with in the province, Nkokheli Twabu, has described her as a hard worker in the industry.

“We’ve lost a very bright, talented, humble human being who had a bright future and we’re going to miss her because she meant so much.

She meant so much to our hometown. This is really a very bitter pill to swallow. But, we believe that God is going to give us strength.”

Fans also described her as a humble and talented female artist.
