Moroadi Cholota appears in the Bloemfontein Magistrate’s Court.
The Free State High Court in Bloemfontein has once again postponed the pre-trial hearing of Moroadi Cholota to February 7, 2025.
Cholota was the personal assistant of former Free State Premier Ace Magashule.
She is among 18 accused in the R255-million asbestos scandal, including Magashule.
The former personal assistant facing charges of fraud, corruption, and money laundering and currently out on R2 500 bail.
Judge Celèste Reinders postponed the matter for further pre-trial procedures.
During the brief hearing, state Advocate Tammy McPherson told the court that they have once again supplied the defence with more voluminous documentation to go through.
The 37-year-old Cholota has denied all charges levelled against her.
