A cellphone data analyst is expected to continue his testimony as proceedings resume on Wednesday in President Cyril Ramaphosa’s Phala Phala farm theft trial at the Modimolle Magistrate Court in Limpopo.
Immanuela David and co-accused, siblings Floriana and Ndilinasho Joseph, allegedly stole about $10 million stuffed in a sofa at the farm in February 2020.
In the previous sitting, David’s ex-girlfriend told the court he bought her a Mercedes-Benz vehicle as a surprise gift.
A cellphone data analyst testified that the accused were on the farm on the day of the break-in.
The court also heard that David travelled had from Cape Town to Bela-Bela a day before the theft.
