A 58-year-old Limpopo man accused of raping a 13-year-old learner will be back in the Mankweng Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday next week.
He appeared in court on Friday when the matter was postponed.
The teacher faces charges of rape and child sexual grooming.
He allegedly raped the grade seven learner on many occasions between July last year and last month.
Magistrate, Tintswalo Makhubele says, “The case has been postponed to the 15 of April for closing arguments, the accused you are remanded in custody, Colonel you are still under oath.”
