DJ Warras murder accused Victor Majola appears before the Johannesburg Magistrate’s Court on 16 January 2026.
The bail application of Victor Majola, the man accused of orchestrating the assassination of Warrick “DJ Warras” Stock, has been postponed to the 26 January for judgment.
This comes after the defence attorney earlier requested to present more evidence of CCTV footage that has been circulating on social media of the day Stock was killed.
Magistrate Annelise Thlapi denied that request, questioning the legitimacy of the video footage, saying that it could have been tampered with or already edited.
“The case is postponed to the 26th of January 2026 it will be for court judgment. You are still in custody.”
DJ Warras was shot and killed outside a Johannesburg building on the 16th of December 2025 in the Johannesburg CBD.
