The second man accused of pulling the trigger in the assassination of Warrick “DJ Warras” Stock has abandoned his bail application at the Johannesburg Magistrate’s Court.
Twenty-five-year-old Mozambican national Armindo Joaquim Pacula‘s case has been postponed to Wednesday where he will appear with his other co-accused Victor Majola.

Pacula faces charges of conspiracy to commit murder, murder, and contravening the Immigration Act.
Magistrate Simon Radasi adjourned the matter to Wednesday.
“Mr Pacula, your case has been adjourned to Wednesday 11 February 2026 where you will appear with your co-accused here at the Johannesburg Magistrate Court and will be detained at Mordabe Prison.”
