Newly-elected Tshwane ANC leadership brief the media.
The African National Congress (ANC) in Tshwane says discussions to address service delivery issues in the city are at the top of their agenda on Sunday afternoon at its 12th Regional Conference.
Earlier, Eugene Modise was re-elected as the ANC’s Regional Chairperson of Tshwane.
Modise, who is also the Deputy Mayor of the City, was declared the winner after his nomination went uncontested.
Tlangeni Mohale has been elected as the Deputy Chairperson.
“We are going to discuss a number of issues that are affecting our people and community in the City of Tshwane but also political influence in terms of how to strengthen the organisation and how to strengthen ourselves in terms of the upcoming local government elections,” says Regional Secretary of the ANC in Tshwane, George Matjila.
