A man accused of raping and killing a six-year-old girl is expected to plead guilty when the case resumes in the High Court in Johannesburg today.
Pethe Simiao is facing charges of kidnapping, rape, murder and contravention of the Immigration Act.
Amantle Samane went missing in Orlando West in Soweto in October, last year.
Her body was found at the accused’s shack.
She had been raped and murdered.
