Lobby group, AfriForum and trade union, Solidarity to hold a media briefing this afternoon regarding the executive order by the United States (US) President, Donald Trump on the position of Afrikaners in South Africa and funding.
This comes after Trump signed an order to stop funding aid to the country and provide opportunities for settlement of white Afrikaners in the US.
The briefing will take place at the group’s TV Studio in Kloofsig, Pretoria.
Last month, AfriForum threatened legal action against the Government of National Unity (GNU) should the government start expropriating land without compensation.
