Health MEC Ntandokazi Capa says one of the suspects registered herself at the hospital using an alias and pretended to be pregnant with twins.
“The whole thing was planned, the suspect did attempt and try to pretend she was pregnant attending the antenatal care called ANC and she was told that she is not pregnant but unfortunately she did not tell the boyfriend that she is not pregnant. Because she had plans and she came in and registered under a false name. She’s been moving around the hospital even the boyfriend bought baby clothes because they were expecting a child.”
