Health Minister Aaron Motsoaledi is expected to visit General De La Ray Hospital in Lichtenburg, North West Province, in response to reports of flooding of three hospitals in the province.
The Minister will inspect this hospital, which is currently non-operational.
More than thirty patients were moved from the General Delarey Hospital in Lichtenburg to hospitals more than 60 kilometers from the area.
Outpatients have also been advised to use other health facilities, as General De Le Rey Hospital is temporarily closed.
Minister Motswaledi is expected to assess the impact of the floods at the hospital.
General De La Ray Hospital is the most affected, as patients have moved to other hospitals.
