African National Congress (ANC) Secretary General Fikile Mbalula has announced the new ANC Provincial Task Team (PTT) in KwaZulu-Natal.
Mike Mabuyakhulu is the new Convenor of the PTT replacing Jeff Radebe who will be redeployed elsewhere.
Mbalula announces the six-member PTT after meeting the outgoing PTT in Durban on Wednesday. He says the changes come after the old 67-member PTT’s time having lapsed.
Mbalula says the rest of the team members will be announced next week.
“Mike Mabuyakhulu is now the provincial Convenor of the African National Congress in KZN. Comrade Bongi Sithole Moloi is the first deputy provincial Convenor. Siboniso Duma is our 2nd deputy Convenor. Comrade James Nxumalo is our provincial Coordinator in KZN. Comrade Siphesihle Mdaka is the deputy Coordinator to comrade Nomagugu.
