Two accused in DJ Warras murder case back in court on Wednesday

The two men accused of the murder of Warrick Stock, also known as DJ Warras, are expected back in the Johannesburg Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday morning.

Alleged hitman Armindo Pacula has abandoned his bail application and is reportedly seeking a plea bargain with the State.

His co‑accused Victor Majola is said to have orchestrated the killing.

Pacula, a Mozambican national, also faces immigration charges after the State confirmed he was in the country illegally.

The Stock family attended the previous proceedings and are expected to return as the two accused appear together for the first time.
