Four defence lawyers in Senzo Meyiwa murder trial
Defence witness Makhosonke Zungu has wrapped up his testimony at the Senzo Meyiwa murder trial.
Zungu has been testifying at the High Court in Pretoria where five men are on trial for the 2014 murder of the Bafana Bafana captain.
Zungu admitted signing a statement that alleged the accused are known hitmen.
He has however, denied the contents of that statement, claiming it’s not what he told lead investigator Brigadier Bongani Gininda.
Responding to Judge Ratha Mokgoatlheng, Zungu says he was not forced to sign the statement.
