Brothers Siyabonga and Malusi Ndimande are accused of orchestrating AKA and Tibz murders.
The case of the two Ndimande brothers linked to the murders of rapper Kiernan ‘AKA’Forbes and chef, Tebello ‘Tibz’ Motsoane is expected to resume in the Durban Magistrate’s Court, on Friday.
Siyabonga and Malusi Ntimande were extradited from Eswatini in November 2025 after fighting extradition for several months before withdrawing their appeal, in October.
After a year-long legal battle, brothers Siyabonga and Malusi Ndimande – accused of orchestrating the murders of rapper Kiernan “AKA” Forbes and celebrity chef Tebello “Tibz” Motsoane – are being extradited from Eswatini today to stand trial in Durban.

They face multiple charges, including a murder charge for a separate matter where a taxi boss was killed in Amanzimtoti.
Meanwhile the trial of the other five accused is set down to commence, in June.
