Benin recorded their first victory in the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament when they beat Botswana at the Stade Prince Moulay Abdellah in Rabat, Morroco on Saturday afternoon.
It was a must win match for both teams and the loss means Botswana race is all but run.
They have one more chance to put that record straight, but face Senegal next in Tangier on Tuesday.
