Gauteng police have launched a manhunt after a 45-year-old man was shot and killed at the Milpark Hospital parking area in Johannesburg on Wednesday night.
It is reported that the man was fatally shot multiple times shortly after allegedly visiting a friend at the hospital.
The motive behind the shooting is still unknown.
Police spokesperson Captain Tintswalo Sibeko says, “The South African Police Service has opened a case of murder after a 45-year-old man was fatally shot multiple times at the parking area of Milpark Hospital. The police are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the shooting, and the motive is still unknown. No arrest has been made yet. Investigation is underway.”
