The aftermath of the N3 accident.
Fifteen people have been injured in a multi-vehicle collision on the N3 Durban-bound, just before the Marianhill Toll Plaza, west of Durban.
This comes after a similar fatal crash on Friday evening.
ALS Paramedics spokesperson Garrith Jamieson says a truck driver lost control of his vehicle and collided with a bus, a taxi, and three cars.
“On arrival, paramedics found chaos as they found multiple vehicles across the national highway. Multiple casualties were found and immediately more ambulances and Advanced Life Support Paramedics were dispatched to assist. At this stage, the events leading up to the crash are unknown. However, SAPS and RTI were in attendance and will be investigating further.”
